PLANT INFORMATION:

All bottling equipment is 208/230 volt 60cycle.

The molding equipment is 460v 3ph.

Line comes complete with one each of the following.

1) Bellis Morcom V9 compressor

2) Hankinson dryer

3) RHBXT stretch molder complete with hopper dumper, loader, descrambler, 16oz & 20oz molds and exit neck rail on to line.

4) B&H labeler

5) Twist rinse

6) 32 valve Meyer filler with positive pull down up grade

7) Series E flow mix with Carbo cooler & 25 hp ammonia compressor

8) 8 head Zulkin capper

9) Akron dropper pack

ALSO:

1) RHB XT setup with 16oz molds, also have 20oz, capable of 4000bph with bellis V9 compressor, Hankison dryer, hopper dumper, descrambler and several spare parts.

2) Uniloy R1 5 head 1/2 gallon complete with loader, trimmer, and bagger. Just upgraded with new 75hp drive and PLC controller, clamp rebuild, nice clean machine

3) Uniloy R1 4 head gallon complete with, loader, trimmer, bagger, new 75hp drive and PLC

CONDITION:

Most of the filling equipment is mid 70's or later.

The 32valve Meyer filler was upgraded in 2008.

The Zulkin 8 head capper is mid 80's.

The RHBXT stretch molder and Bellis V9 compressor are late 80's early 90's but have been upgraded over the years.

The 1/2 gal line is mid 70's but had just been rebuilt and retrofitted with a new 75hp drive and PLC controller.

The 1 gal line is mid to late 80's but was also rebuilt in 2008 and upgraded with a new 75hp drive.

There are numerous spare parts, tool, ancillary items, fork lift, beverage truck, etc that are included in the sale price.
