Merritt Davis 2.5" 24/1 Extruder

Includes all books and manuals; the machine is 40HP ac driven, Control Techniques drive with Ogden ETR8100 controllers on barrel, Eurotherm 808 on die (one zone).  Solid state relays for barrel (maybe mercury on die; I'll have to check).

The drive will sometimes throw a HF83 trip on startup, but can be cleared off by either cycling the machine a few times or jiggling the wires to the drive.  We used the extruder for Rigid PVC mainly; some ABS, Styrene and PE; nothing glass filled.  Screw is in good condition as is the barrel.
