-Payment in full due upon receipt of invoice

-The machine is sold ex site, as inspected in both videos and photos, and the buyer is responsible to load and remove the machine at the buyer’s cost. 

-Machine must be removed by May 31, 2017.

-Machine carries a 45-Day Unconditional Money Back Return Privilege. If machine is found unsatisfactory, you may return it within 45-days from shipment, and we will refund your money in full.

-Included in the sale is an overhead crane with an attached lower die storage system which accommodates approximately (15-20) lower die sets (included).  Approximately (3-4) spare Rubber Bladders and wear pads are also included.

-The rigger who is approved by G.E. to load the machine onto several trucks is Tim Eames, Moonbeam Riggers (330) 352-4666 or Moonbeam Inc moonbeamohio@neo.rr.com - He is looking into the possibility of moving it in one 212,000 Lb. piece but has no answer yet.

-Due to the degree of difficulty in dismantling and reassembly of a 32” Hydroform we provide the contact info of a specialist, Bob Perry, HyTech Industries, Corona CA (714) 448-3493 bhytech@yahoo.com - who is capable of pulling the tie rods, electrically match mark the wiring as well as tag and match mark the hydraulic lines for shipment as well.

-Buyer responsible for contracting with these riggers/technicians – we will make accommodations with the plant.

-G.E. will drain the oils from the press and clean the PCB’s to the same standards as last time.
